Education leader and STEM Programme designer with experience in curriculum development, teacher training, and building sustainable STEM/STEAM initiatives in real-world contexts. 

Kavelle provides strategic leadership and oversight for STEM Builders’ programme design and partnerships.

Ajene Mitchell

Board Advisor & Outreach Officer

STEM student and STEM Builders Outreach Officer who brings a student-centered perspective to the advisory board. This award-winning chess player, musician, and artist is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree, and his experience in the public education system helps inform inclusive, learner-focused STEM programming.

Ajene provides support for youth initiatives including the Digicel Safer Internet Together (SIT) school tour.

Amanda Thelwell

Board Advisor & Development Strategist

Development strategist and board advisor with experience in project management and youth development. A certified project manager, Amanda brings expertise in strategic and corporate planning, international agribusiness and food chain management, and natural resource management.

Amanda supports strategic planning and helps ensure STEM Builders’ programmes are impactful, sustainable, and grounded in real-world STEM applications.

Felicia S.T Bailey

Board Advisor & Strategic Communications Leader

Communications and research professional with experience in public relations, scientific communication, and research-informed strategy. Felicia brings expertise in translating complex research into clear, accessible messaging and supporting evidence-based decision-making.

Felicia contributes to strategic planning and communications oversight, helping ensure STEM Builders’ work is effectively communicated, stakeholder-informed, and aligned with impact-driven goals.
